What do your prices include?

The price listed is the standard cost for a twin share room. Once you have discussed your care support needs with our team, we will be able to tell you which Care Support Package you will need, and the cost of that will be added to your base price to give the total.

We pride ourselves on quality hospitality in truly accessible surroundings. Expect the following:

Specialist equipment available on request*, including hoists, profiling beds, airflow mattresses and bariatric beds
Hair and beauty salons*
Pre-assessment to make sure our care covers your individual needs
Volunteers to assist
Evening entertainment, that may include live singers and comedians
Excursions and day trips. Ticket and entry frees not included
Daytime activities — there's something different to do every day
Full board including cooked breakfasts, scrumptious lunches and three-course dinners
Use of all facilities and amenities in the holiday centre
Tea and coffee throughout the day

*Available by prior arrangement only. Salon booked on arrival. Laundry is charged at £7.50 per bag. Additional charges apply for a single room or additional equipment such as an airflow mattress.

Why not book early and pay later?

If you book your holiday early, you can spread the cost of your break over a longer period. All we need initially is a deposit of £180 to confirm the booking, and then you have up to six weeks before the start of your break to pay the remaining balance.

Holiday Insurance

We strongly recommend that you take out cancellation insurance as cancellation fees apply if you are unable to travel for any reason. Find a list of brokers at www.moneyhelper.org.uk. Terms and conditions can be found at www.revitalise.org.uk or your booking form.

Our Care Support Packages

With nearly 60 years’ experience in providing expert care, we can cater for almost every type of disability or impairment.

We understand that everybody’s care needs are different, so when you make a booking, we ask a series of questions to get an overview of your medical conditions and find out which Care Support Package suits you best. Before your break, our nurses will phone to go through pre-assessment questions to identify your exact needs and address any concerns. In most cases, carers and accompanying adults do not require a care support package, but please let our assessment team know if this is required. We offer 24 hour care with nursing provision as needed, so you can simply relax and enjoy a worry-free break.

We continue to provide care to as broad a range of disability as before, but we’ve simplified things. Our Care Support Packages now fall into three broader bands.

Each year we have a handful of guests who have complex needs requiring fulltime one-to-one care for which an additional £18 an hour is charged.

Care Support Package 1

Reassurance from our care team should you need them, including prompts to wash or take medication and other day-to-day activities. From £22 a day

Care Support Package 2

Package 1 reassurance, plus personal care support such as washing and dressing. From £74 a day.

Care Support Package 3

Including Package 1 &2, plus:

Support with a hoist
Moving assistance
1:1 assistance with eating and drinking
Wound care
PEG management
Stoma management
Catheter
Other clinical procedures

From £159 a day

We want as many disabled people as possible to be able to access a break, so instead of applying a flat rate throughout the year, we've made our care packages more affordable during the low season.
